Our history spans nearly 50 years and over that time we have evolved from a small family-owned business into a multi-million dollar company and a core supplier of precision gears, shafts, and related assemblies to many global OEMs.

Located minutes east of St. Paul, Minnesota in Hudson, Wisconsin, United Gear & Assembly is now part of a family of companies under parent company United Stars, Inc. To expand into the emerging Asian Market and secure ready access to Pacific Rim opportunities, we have also opened an office in Shanghai, China.
